How often do you have these sales?
We offer two sales per year.  Our Spring/Summer sale is in February/March and our Fall/Winter sale is in July/August

Are children allowed on opening day?

Are the sales located indoors?
Yes, we will be in the Faith Center located in the rear of the main church building.  Park in the back parking lot and follow signs to the entrance door.

Are there any entrance fees?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, and Debit/Credit Cards with at $2.00 processing fee

What is your return policy?
All sales are final with no returns. Defective toy policy:  If you have a toy or game that does not work, you can return it to the sale no later than Saturday at 1:00 pm to receive a refund.  No refunds can be given after the sale closes.

How large are your sales?
We have approximately 200 sellers.

Can we "try on" the clothing?
No.  For security and to protect the seller’s items, we cannot allow you to try on clothing or shoes. We suggest measuring your child's current clothes at home (inseam, length, waist, shoes etc). Most shoppers then bring a tape measure to check for the correct size. You can also trace your child’s footprint onto a piece of paper to help with shoe sizing.

What items do you sell?
Girl's clothing infant through Juniors, Boy's clothing infant through size 20, Maternity, Toys, Outside and Inside play equipment, Little Tikes, Linens and Bedding, Shoes, Bedroom Decor, Baby Equipment, Books, Bikes, CDs, DVDs, Electronics, or anything else to do with kids.

Are the sales seasonal for clothing?
Yes. We only sell spring/summer clothing in our February/March sales and fall/winter clothing in our July/August sales.

Is there a discount day?
Yes! Many items will be discounted 50% on Saturday.  Buyers that spend $50 or more during our Presale or Friday sale will be eligible for early entry (8:00 am) on Saturday. Show your receipt at the door to get in early.  Doors open to the public at 9:00 am.

Who runs the sales?
Wildwood Kidz-Sense is a ministry of Wildwood Baptist Church.  It is our mission to reach people for Christ while providing a way to buy and sell gently used children's clothes, toys, equipment, etc.  If you would like more information on Wildwood Baptist Church please check out our website, or ask one of the Kidz-Sense Committee Members who will be wearing red shirts during the sale.

Who can consign their items and become a seller?
Anyone can consign their children’s items.  You must have a minimum of 50 items and no more than 200 items to sell with us. Click here to register to sell with us.

What percentage of the sales do I receive?
Sellers receive 90% of their sales less a $12.00 seller fee.

Who does the pricing?
Each consignor is responsible for pricing their own items.  Generally, people price their items at ¼ of the new price if an item is in good condition.

Will my hangers be returned to me?
All clothing items are sold with hangers, so we are unable to return hangers to consignors. However, any unsold clothing will be returned on the hangers with which they were received.

When do I drop-off my items?
Once you receive your seller number via email, you will need to register for a drop-off appointment.  We accept items by appointment only the week of the sale during the following time periods:  Tuesday 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm and Wednesday 9:30 am – 1:30 pm.  Click here to register for a drop-off appointment.

When do I pick up my unsold items?
Unsold items are to be picked up on the Saturday of the sale closing. Please see our Seller Guidelines for your pick-up time. All items not picked up by 6:00 pm on Saturday will automatically be donated.

Do I have to sort through the racks to find my unsold items?
No, when you pick up your unsold items, your items will already be sorted. We will have runners available to bring you your unsold items.

How long does it take to receive my check?
This sale is a ministry of Wildwood Baptist Church and your checks will be issued through the church office approximately two weeks from the Monday after the sale.  Please allow at least three weeks from the sale to allow time for processing, cutting, mailing, and delivery of your check.  If you have not received your check after three weeks, please email us at wildwoodkidzsense@gmail.com.

Will I know what items have sold?
Sales data will be uploaded after the sale closes each night. You can login here to see your nightly sales.  Every seller will be emailed a report the following Sunday after the sale closes that lists each item that sold under their seller number.

Where do I find safety pins/coat hangers?
Some dry cleaners will give you a modest amount of these items free or for a small fee (cheaper than discount stores). Other places to try are dollar stores or Walmart.  Safety pins from the dollar stores do tend to bend easily and might not be suited to pin heavier materials such as pants or jeans.

How many items can I bring into sell?
Each seller must have a minimum of 50 items and may sell up to 200 items.

Can anyone sign up as a volunteer and attend the volunteer preview sale?
Yes, anyone may sign up to volunteer on a first come/first serve basis even if you aren't selling.

Can I volunteer for more than one shift?
YES, many people volunteer for two shifts and will get to shop at 4:30 pm the night of the pre-sale.

How long are the shifts?
All shifts are 3 hours.

Do you provide childcare for volunteers?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer childcare for volunteers. 

I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition we do have some sitting positions available during the public sale.  If you need one of these positions, please choose a volunteer shift on Friday or Saturday morning and then e-mail us with your request after registering and we will try to accommodate.

Can I bring my children with me to volunteer?
Unfortunately, you cannot bring your children with you for your volunteer shift.  We do offer various shifts at night during the week of the sale and on Saturday to accommodate your schedule. 

How do I get into the pre-sale?
When you drop-off your items, you will be given a ticket to use for the presale.  If you have misplaced your ticket, or did not receive one, please see one of the Kidz-Sense Committee Members at the door.  We will be wearing a red shirt and can check your name on our volunteer list.

What if I need to cancel my shift?
Just remember that this sale can only run with the help of our great volunteers, if you cancel or don't show it puts the sale in a "bind". We know that emergencies do come up, so if you are unable to work your shift or find a replacement, please email us at wildwoodkidzsense@gmail.com as soon as possible.
